Cat Adoption Application

Thank you for your interest in adopting a cat rescued by PAWS. PAWS wants to make certain that every animal adopted goes to a loving home in which the animal will be well cared for. Because of this, our application asks a number of detailed questions which are necessary for our screening process.

This on-line form will save you time by avoiding the need to fill out the full paper application when you come to the shelter, but please don't start filling out this form unless you have time to complete it. Any missing answers will be required when you visit the shelter to complete your application.

A visit to our Norwalk, CT, shelter is a prerequisite for all pet adoptions. Please do not submit an on-line application unless you are able and willing to come to the shelter to complete the adoption process.
